LDP Online sets participants up for formal learning in a variety of diverse modules, achieving the initial 10% of the recognised 70:20:10 learning model. The masterclass develops the 20% social learning aspect, accomplished through mentoring, feedback, the creation of relationships with colleagues, together with application planning. These two elements set cohort participants up for success in experiential learning (70%), applying the learning through practice and application each and every day.
How does it work and how will you benefit from it?
Through the identification of a specific organisational topic that you wish to apply the module learning to, our senior consultant will work directly with you and your L&D team to design a tailored workshop. Delivered over the course of a three-hour LDP Online cohort masterclass, participants can discuss and develop their specific module learning and application through an interactive approach with the subject matter experts, to develop and apply new thinking and solutions in their roles.
